      1. Product Overview

       
      GCK2000 switchgear full name is GCK2000 luxury indoor withdrawable low-voltage switchgear.
       
      GCK2000 switchgear is made by our company on the basis of strict national joint design, absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, combining with the actual situation in China, and condensing the latest scientific and technological achievements.
       
      This equipment conforms to the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC439-1 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", China's GB7251-1997 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", China's national standards and machinery industry association JB/T9661-1999 standard content, and in line with CQC's CCC national compulsory certification standard.
       
      2. Product use
       
      For power conversion, distribution and control of power, power distribution, motor control center, capacitor compensation of low-voltage power distribution system, etc.
       
      3. Environmental conditions for product use
       
      (1) The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40 °C, not less than -5 °C, and its average temperature shall not be higher than +35 °C within 24h.
       
      (2) The air is clean, and its relative humidity shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40 °C, and at lower temperatures, a larger relative humidity is allowed.
       
      (3) Pollution level 3.
       
      (4) The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
       
      Concentrate:
       
      (1) For products containing electronic devices such as reactive power compensation and motor soft start used at altitudes higher than 2000m, they should be designed and used in accordance with the agreement between the manufacturer and the user.
       
      (2) If the conditions of use exceed the above provisions, the user shall propose to the manufacturer and conclude a special agreement. 

      This equipment is suitable for power plants, substations, large buildings, high-rise buildings, airports, hospitals, theaters, stadiums, ports, underground facilities, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It is used for power generation, feeding, and motor control in AC 380V systems below 2000KVA.

      1. The skeleton is an assembled structure of C-shaped material and corner connector processed by aluminum-zinc sheet.

       
      2. The use of corner connectors makes the installation of the frame very quickly and effectively disconnecting the magnetic circuit of the frame.
       
      3. The skeleton and functional unit adopt modular structure, and the configuration and combination are flexible and convenient.
       
      4. The withdrawable unit can realize the connection position, separation position and test position of the drawer unit when the door is closed. And each position keeps the protection level of the cabinet unchanged.
       
      5. All drawers have misoperation protection.
       
      6. The connection form of the functional unit adopts the withdrawable connection.
       
      7. Key components such as columns, beams, drawers and unit partitions are coated with aluminum-zinc plate. It can enhance its corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
       
      8. The intelligent cabinet communication system adopts the open PROFIBUS fieldbus, which can easily form an intelligent system with the same protocol devices produced in China, so as to realize the remote measurement, regulation, control and communication of the main station through the bus switch and the power grid.
